RETURNS :

As long as the product is undamaged and unopened in the condition in which it was received, returns are accepted within 30 days of the indicated delivery date. Please return your products to our office address below. We do not cover return shipping costs. If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that a refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return.

*A 20% restocking fee is applied to the refund total before shipping. A restocking fee applies to all returned items.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS :

Depending on your order, you may be eligible for an exchange/replacement. Therefore, we do not assume shipping costs for exchanged items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with product exchanges. In addition, we do not cover shipping costs to alternative addresses once the order has been shipped. For more information on our return and exchange process, please contact our customer service team. 

NOTICE OF NON-RESPONSIBILITY: We do not accept or authorize returns of panels in sizes 10 feet and 12 feet.

ITEMS ON SALE AND DISCOUNTS :

All items on sale are final sales. Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. If you have a promo code, it must be used during the period in which it is active. Be sure to enter all valid promo codes before finalizing your order. We do not apply discount codes after payment or after the coupon expiration date. All prices listed are non-negotiable as we do not compare prices with other websites or companies.

DELIVERY TIME :

Please note that due to the large size and weight of some of our products, processing and delivery times may take longer than expected. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the delivery location, the quantity of product ordered and the specific color/size of your order.
